There will also be a Basset Hound Dog show, sign-ups for YMCA day camp, summer camp and family camp and information about the other YMCA programs will be available.. All proceeds will benefit the scholarship fund for YMCA Camp Ta Ta Pochon.

For over 60 plus years we have been hosting this breakfast to help send children of financial need to Camp Ta Ta Pochon which is located in the Barton Flats area of the San Bernardino National Forest.

Camp Ta Ta Pochon was started 87 years ago due to a fundraiser that the Alhambra Kiwanis held. It was a vaudeville show that raised $600.00. That was the seed money that assisted the Alhambra YMCA to open the camp. Today it is one of the few camps that still operate under the same original owner.

Today as in 1923 the YMCAstill teaches the core values of respect, responsibility, honesty and caring in a fun and safe environment. The YMCA has activities such as swimming, canoeing, target sports, a climbing.
