Cal State LA's VITA Program Offers Tax Assistance

Cal State Los Angeles' VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program will partner with the California State Board of Equalization for a one-day community outreach event on Saturday, Feb. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

In addition, the CSULA VITA Program is offering free services that includes income-tax preparation every Saturday through April 12. The assistance is being offered to low- to moderate-income individuals ($50,000 or less). It will be held on the third floor of Salazar Hall, Room 343, on the CSULA campus. 

The program will operate from the same room as the outreach event. The program operates on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information, visit
