Fire Burns Two Rosemead Homes

Two families were displaced when a fire occurred on two adjoining Rosemead homes on the 2600 Block of Gladys Avenue, County Fire officials reported.

The fire was reported just before 10 a.m. Sunday (12/14/14), County Firefighters reported heavy smoke on arrival. The fire was burning two homes sitting next door to each other, according to press events. The fire was promptly put out.
While no injuries were reported, two families living in the homes had to find other living quarters. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
