Monterey Park Rotary Plans Fundraising Casino Night PDF Print E-mail

The Rotary Club of Monterey Park will host a Casino Night on Friday, April 9th starting at 7:00 P.M. at the Boys and Girls Club of the West San Gabriel Valley, 328 S. Ramona Avenue, Monterey Park, CA 91754. Proceeds will support both local and international club projects.

Tickets for the second annual Casino Night cost $40 and include $100 in chips. In addition, the tickets will include hors d’oeuvres and two free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Over the last 63 years the Rotary Club of Monterey Park has provided financial support to many local community organizations and events - e.g. the City's Annual Track Meet, the City's 4th of July celebration, the Crystal Youth Awards, the Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library, MERCI, the Boys & Girls Club of the West San Gabriel Valley, the Langley Senior Center and the Monterey Park Fire Department.

In addition, Monterey Park Rotary has provided assistance internationally for the elimination of Polio, to organizations assisting children in Mexico, for wheelchairs to China and Mexico and for Polio Corrective Surgery Project in China. All net profits from this fundraiser will be used to provide continued support to both local and international projects.
